The way I was kept updated regularly.
Nurses and Docs all made sure I was calm.
Nothing can be done as I understand how short staffed you were but waiting was an agony.

Looked after very well. Very caring staff smiling and helpful.
Especially endoscopy theatre, the staff so charming, brilliant and compassionate. After care and snacks quite good.

They have cancelled my operation and I am not happy about it at all. My husband spend pound15 for parking and took day off. At my work they have to call Locarn nurse and they don't like to pay for it. Now I have to come another day for my operation and my work people won't be happy. I think it is not fair to do so.
